Restore your previously purchased Invoizar subscription when switching devices or if premium features are not showing after purchase.
When to Restore
Restore your subscription if:
You reinstalled the app
You switched to a new device
Premium features are not accessible after purchase
Your subscription is not showing as active
Restoring Your Subscription
Step 1: Open Settings
From your homepage, tap the Settings icon. Alternatively, tap Tools from the bottom navigation menu, then select Settings.
Step 2: Tap Manage Subscription
In Settings, locate and tap Manage Subscription.
Step 3: Select Restore
Look for Restore, Restore Purchases, or Restore Subscription option and tap it.
Step 4: Processing
The app connects to your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and checks for valid subscriptions.
Step 5: Confirmation Screen
A confirmation screen appears showing the subscription that was restored, including:
Subscription plan name
Renewal date
Features now accessible
After Restoration
Immediate Access:
Premium features activate immediately after successful restoration.
No Additional Charge:
Restoring a subscription does not charge you. It only reconnects your existing purchase to the app.
Sync Across Devices:
Your subscription works on any device using the same app store account.
Troubleshooting Restoration Issues
Restore Not Working:
Verify Purchase:
Ensure you previously purchased a subscription through the app store on this account.
Check App Store Account:
Confirm you're logged into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Internet Connection:
Ensure you have a stable internet connection for the restore process to complete.
Restart App:
Close and reopen Invoizar, then try restoring again.
Update App:
Ensure you're running the latest version of Invoizar from the app store.
Subscription Not Showing:
Check Status:
Verify your subscription is still active in your app store account settings.
Expired Subscription:
If your subscription expired or was cancelled, you need to repurchase rather than restore.
Different App Store:
Subscriptions purchased on iOS cannot restore on Android devices and vice versa.
Contact Support:
If issues persist, contact Invoizar support with proof of purchase from your app store.
Multiple Devices
Same App Store Account:
Your subscription works on all devices logged into the same app store account.
Restore on Each Device:
You may need to restore purchases on each new device where you install Invoizar.
No Extra Cost:
Using your subscription on multiple devices (with the same app store account) does not incur additional charges.
