How to Cancel Subscription

Cancel your Invoizar subscription through your device's app store. Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on where you originally subscribed.



Cancelling on Apple App Store (iOS)


Step 1: Open Settings App

On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app (not Invoizar settings).


Step 2: Tap Your Name

At the top of Settings, tap your name to access Apple ID settings.


Step 3: Select Subscriptions

Tap Subscriptions to view all your active subscriptions.


Step 4: Find Invoizar

Scroll through your subscriptions and tap on Invoizar or Invoiceant.


Step 5: Cancel Subscription

Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen.


Step 6: Confirm Cancellation

Confirm that you want to cancel. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.



Cancelling on Google Play Store (Android)


Step 1: Open Google Play Store

Launch the Google Play Store app on your Android device.


Step 2: Access Menu

Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.


Step 3: Select Payments and Subscriptions

Tap Payments & subscriptions, then select Subscriptions.


Step 4: Find Invoizar

Locate Invoizar or Invoiceant in your subscription list and tap it.


Step 5: Cancel Subscription

Tap Cancel subscription.


Step 6: Follow Prompts

Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.



What Happens After Cancellation


Access Until Period Ends:

You retain premium features until the end of your current billing period.


No Automatic Renewal:

Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again.


Downgrade to Free:

After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan with limited features.


Data Retained:

Your documents, clients, and data remain intact. You just lose access to premium features.


Resubscribe Anytime:

You can resubscribe at any time to regain premium access.

When your premium subscription ends:

Document limits may apply

Recurring invoices stop generating

Premium templates become unavailable

Advanced features lock

Priority support ends


Your existing documents and data remain accessible within free plan limits.
