Reset your account password to regain access or improve security.
Accessing Password Reset
Step 1: Open Settings
From your homepage, tap the Settings icon. Alternatively, tap Tools from the bottom navigation menu, then select Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to Account Section
In Settings, find the Account section.
Step 3: Open Account Details
Tap on your email address under the Account section to access account details.
Step 4: Select Reset Password
Look for Reset Password, and tap it. you will receive an email with a password reset link
Resetting Your Password
Step 1: Click on the received link and follow the prompt to reset your password
Step 2: Enter New Password
Type your new password. Choose a strong password that includes:
At least 8 characters
Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
Numbers
Special characters
Step 3: Confirm New Password
Re-enter your new password to confirm.
Step 4: Save Changes
Tap Save, Update, or Confirm to apply the password change.
Step 5: Password Updated
Your password is now changed. Use the new password for future logins.
