Tips for Special Situations
Low-Quality Documents:
Increase lighting, adjust contrast, or use scanning apps with enhancement features before using AI Text Scanner.
Handwritten Documents:
Write clearly with good spacing, use dark ink, and scan in optimal lighting for best results.
Multi-Page Documents:
Scan one page at a time for best accuracy, then combine extracted text afterward.
Tables and Structured Data:
Text scanners extract text but may not preserve table formatting. Reorganize extracted data as needed.
Non-English Text:
Verify the scanner supports the language before processing, or test with a small sample first.
