How do I contact Stripe or PayPal support?

Stripe Support:

Email: Through your Stripe dashboard ([email protected])

Live chat: Available in Stripe dashboard (look for chat icon)

Phone: Number provided in your dashboard for verified accounts

Help center: support.stripe.com

Response time: Usually within 24 hours, often much faster


PayPal Support:

Phone: Available in your account under Help & Contact (varies by country)

Response time: 24-48 hours for messages, immediate for phone


For Invoizar Integration Issues:

In-app support: Tools > Help & Support

Email: Include "Payment Integration" in subject line

Include specific error messages and screenshots when possible


Payments are slow to appear in my account


Stripe: If payments aren't arriving in 2-3 business days:

Check your Stripe dashboard for "Pending" status

Verify your bank account is correctly linked

Confirm your account is fully verified

Check for any holds due to risk review (rare for established accounts)

Contact Stripe if it's been more than 5 business days


PayPal: If funds aren't showing up:

Check if payment is being held (sometimes for new accounts)

Verify your PayPal email matches the one in Invoizar

Confirm the payment isn't pending (client may need to confirm)

Check if there's a dispute or claim filed

Ensure you've verified your PayPal account


Note: First payouts always take longer (7-14 days) for security verification. Subsequent payments follow normal timing.
