​Why was my application declined?

Payment processors may decline applications for several reasons:

Common Decline Reasons:

Mismatch between the information you provided and public records

Previous account violations or chargebacks on old accounts

Operating in a restricted industry (adult content, gambling, etc.)

Insufficient business information or unclear business model

Failed identity verification

Location in an unsupported country


What to do if declined:

1. Review the decline reason in your email notification

2. Correct any information errors and reapply

3. Contact the processor's support for specific guidance

4. Try the alternative processor (if Stripe declined, try PayPal, or vice versa)
